How it splits
Every ClapSnap mint is two things at once: on the right — your collector card with the unlocked art. On the left — your themed selfie. They print as one 15 × 10 cm sheet joined by a perforated line. Keep them attached as a spread, or tear them cleanly apart: card in the binder, selfie on the fridge.

Every ClapSnap print is a paired 15 × 10 cm sheet. One half (7.5 × 10 cm) is your collector card — full art on the front (unlocked image, unique serial number, brand mark and QR code), blank white paper on the back. The other half (7.5 × 10 cm) is your themed selfie. The two halves are joined by a perforated line: keep them attached as a spread, or tear them apart cleanly. Every card — whatever its tier — is the same high-quality print, uniquely numbered and owned by you. Rarity is about the art and how few exist, not the paper: there is no material upgrade, and no difference between the kiosk and mail versions.
Always in the app. The website is for information only — to see locations, prices and how the flow works. All transactions (Coins top-up, ship order, subscription) happen inside the ClapSnap mobile app or your Passport.
No — printing and shipping both require Passport authentication. Cards stay tied to the collector who unlocked them.

Letter mail under 20 g, Posti 2026 rates. Postage depends on the destination zone — Finland is the cheapest, EU + UK and worldwide a little more — and the exact amount is shown before you pay. Typical windows: Finland 2–5 working days; EU + UK 5–14 days; worldwide 10–25 days. Postage is on top of the 1 Coin print and is charged once per envelope, so several cards ship on a single postage.
No — regular Posti letters don't carry a tracking number, so we can't show a live scan trail. You get a push and email confirmation when the envelope leaves our press; if it doesn't arrive within the upper end of the window for your zone we re-ship at our cost.
